Let's say your interested in hiring my services. Then what?

1. First, I would like to congratulate you!

2. I would ask you to please visit and submit my online needs form (if you haven't done so already). As an alternative, you can call me at (415) 305-1555 to discuss your wedding event needs.

3. Upon receipt of your form, I will call you and we'll set up a one-hour meeting. At the meeting, we will discuss your needs and get to know each other. If you wish to bring anyone else to our meeting, please do so.

4. After our first meeting, if you are still interested, I will email, fax, or send you a contract proposal.

5. Upon receipt of an initialed and endorsed contract, and a deposit for 50% of the package rate, I will confirm your date, and send you a fully-endorsed copy of your contract.

6. I will contact and introduce myself to your vendors.

7. I will email you a list of wedding songs for all of the applicable activities and ask you to review it for our next meeting.

8. We will set up a second meeting to further discuss music, your activities, and most importantly, your wedding timeline itinerary.

9. Throughout the planning phase, you may call or email me anytime. Should we require another meeting, we can schedule one, or have a phone conference.

10. At least two weeks prior to your wedding, I will require a completed timeline itinerary and the remaining balance of your package's rate.

11. If my services include your ceremony, I will contact your officiant to discuss your ceremony program.

12. I will dedicate the week before your event to making certain that all the necessary music requirements are met.

13. On the day of your event, I will arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your guests' arrival.
